| 将来を担う若手を育成することは、どの分野でも重要なことである。これは、学会活動でも例外ではない。本パネルディスカッションでは、理工系の6学会（日本航空宇宙学会、電子情報通信学会、情報処理学会、日本物理学会、日本機械学会、日本天文学会）がジュニアに対して行っている取り組みを紹介し、次世代育成のために学会として今後何をするべきかを議論する。 |
| Training young people who will lead the future is important in any field including academic activities. In this panel discussion, we will introduce the efforts that six science and engineering societies (The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences, The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Information Processing Society of Japan, The Physical Society of Japan, The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, and The Astronomical Society of Japan) are conducting for juniors. We will discuss what the academic societies should do for the next generation. |
